When will i receive my designs?

Our design process includes the initial consulting stage where we establish clear goals for your project. At this stage, we learn the deadline for the final designs and arrange our timetable to ensure we meet this deadline no matter what. In most cases, we aim to present the final designs 2-3 days before the agreed deadline to ensure you’re completely happy with what we have created. This also provides enough time for any late changes you might want to include. If you have requested that we arrange printing, we will consult with the printers to get the job done and delivered for when you need it.
Who owns the copyright of the designs?
On receipt of payment, we will transfer the files and full ownership of the design to you. We reserve the right to use the design for our own promotional purposes but ultimately you will hold the rights to your artwork. Any graphics, image or artwork we use will either be created by us or fully licensed for commercial use.
What are your payment terms?
For project fees above £500 we will require 50% in advance. Work will begin within 24hours of receipt of payment. We will invoice for the other 50% upon the completion of the project. Invoices that remain outstanding after 30 days will incur late payment charges, calculated in consideration of ‘statutory interest’ – which is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.
What is your design process?
We start all projects with an initial discussion so that we can learn about your business, brand, goals and requirements. Whether you have a design brief in mind or would like us to develop it with you, we always begin with planning, research and strategy so we understand clearly what we need to do. Using industry leading design software, we create a series of designs and drafts to enable us to come to the best solution for your business. We then make revisions and develop the designs based on your feedback until we get the final design just right for you.
Do you provide printing?
Although we don’t offer a printing service directly, we do work regularly with several printing companies that we can recommend. We are happy to arrange and manage the printing process for you, including keeping in contact with the printers to ensure quality control and timely delivery. T&C apply*
How will i receive the final designs?
You will receive your files in high resolution in the relevant format. PDF, EPS, PNG. Files in JPEG and GIF for digital. For smaller files we usually send via email. For larger files we send using WeTransfer. We will provide the relevant files you need for print and digital. If you have asked us to source and organise printing for you, we will arrange for the delivery to your given address.
What if i need my designs urgently?
We offer a fast track service for emergency projects with tight deadlines. Depending on the size of the projects we can offer up to a 24-hour turnaround. If you need us to prioritise your project, please note there will be a fast track fee for our fast track service depending on your desired timescale. Please get in touch as soon as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept electronic transfer, cheque and Paypal.
How much will it cost?

We do not hold responsibility for any printing errors after we have approved the proof. You would need to speak with the printing company directly to resolve the issue. Any delivery dates and times are the responsibility of the printing company. We are not responsible for a delay in delivery and you will need to speak with the printing company regarding a rescheduled delivery or refund.
