EdShift are a drama-based learning company who run educational workshops in mainstream and alternative schools across KS2 and KS4 curriculum helping young people to develop healthy relationships and better mental health. Using a variety of digital resources and drama processes, they strive to engage and include all participants in their learning process.
EdShift wanted us to develop a range of digital and print marketing materials for their drama workshops and for their website and social media channels. They wanted our designs to complement and align with the vibrancy of their existing branding. They were also in the process of organising a recruitment drive hoping to recruit new directors to join the business and wanted us to design a print and digital application pack and a new page on their website advertising the recruitment.
We designed a suite of promotional materials, including flyers, stationery, and social media banners, in a style that aligned with EdShift’s existing branding. We also designed a multimedia presentation with animations intended to accompany a new workshop that EdShift are in the process of developing.
For their recruitment drive, we created an application pack, in print and digital form, and a branded document template that they can use for any future recruitment campaigns. To drive more traffic to their recruitment webpage, we also created an eye-catching landing page and a pop-up box for new visitors to alert them to the new opportunities available. Alongside this, we have created email campaign designs to attract interest from local networking groups and business owners.
Throughout the process, we maintained regular contact with EdShift, updating them on our process and incorporating their suggestions at every stage of development.
EdShift were very happy with the designs and have since commissioned us to design a series of animated and interactive Powerpoint presentations. They are now in the process of recruiting and are awaiting feedback on various grant and funding opportunities.
